Wednesday & Friday Evenings
6:00PM - 7:15PM
Saturday & Sunday Mornings
9:00AM - 10:15AM - 11:30AM - 12:45PM
*Sessions run 60 minutes - Please arrive 5-10 minutes early - 10 Seats available

What to expect:
Sol Sessions
Each Sol Sauna session is 60 minutes, thoughtfully designed to include time for:

Traditional dry sauna (Yes you can throw water on the stones)

Cold plunge

Private Deck or Warm Lobby for rest and reflection between rounds

Cubbies for storing your dry clothes and belongings

Mens and Womens bathrooms
There’s no rush and no prescribed pace — the full hour is yours to move through heat, cold, and stillness as feels right.
We share our building and parking lot with Muskegon CrossFit. We are located on the West end of the building. Look for the fenced in area.
